On Election Day, Nov. 7, 2000, the campaign of Goldman2000 will be pushing the edge of campaign reform awareness. On this day a raffle will be held for $1,000.00 to anyone who signs up over the candidate’s website and promises to vote for Colin Goldman, if given the chance.
Colin Goldman is the Libertarian candidate for California’s 41st assembly district. This is the richest electoral district in the United States. It includes Santa Monica and Malibu, home of Hollywood celebrities, producers, directors, corporate CEO’s and the top executives on the Internet. The other political parties always target those who are most likely to vote and promise them the attention on financial issues that pertain to this great lifestyle. So with a budget that sometimes exceeds a thousand dollars a vote, Colin has decided to buy one vote. The Goldman2000 campaign will giveaway $1,000.00 in cash to buy that one vote this election year.
The $1,000.00 cash giveaway will take place on Election Day and be shown on Television, heard on Radio and streamed over the Internet via Real Audio and Windows Media.
